  Idk who the franchise owner is but shame on you for letting the staff of this establishment work in a restaurant that's falling apart! The ceiling is literally falling out in the dining room! Your floors are so sticky from delapadated tile and it's creepy dark in there! And I know it's cheap pockets doing it. If you actually invested in your establishment you'd probably earn some respect and more business. Your employees deserve a hell of a lot better.

  Please tell me this isn't the best you can do. After waiting what felt like an hour our food was not at all what we expected. The fries were hard no meat on the sandwich and we were missing 2 items.

  Melissa was our cashier ! She is so inviting and so kind. Very professional . Food was so good ! The Arby's box is a great deal , lots of food for the price . Melissa was very informative with what came in the box . She is just a sweet person !! Other employees were very professional and working hard to get our order out . Store was very clean and stocked . We visited on Sat april 11th , 2026
