  One of the best McDonald’s I’ve had and I don’t usually eat McDonald’s but this one is consistently good.

  Best service I've gotten in a McDonald's. Although I don't remember the name of the server, I gotta say that it was noticeably polite and efficient

  A crazy amount of special sauce.. You bite into the burger and a whole burger Slides sideways, and you've got all the sauce in your fingers. And!!! A crazy amount of Salt on the french fries. I couldn't eat the french fries...

  Ordered a box of cookies in the app and chose to have the order brought to our table. We waited for almost 30 minutes and never got our order. Finally I went up to ask. They said they called our order 3 times and we never came to pick it up. We heard them call every other number but they never called ours. As we were driving home (I wish I was making this up!) the 3rd cookie we pulled from the box had 2 bites taken out of it! 🤮

  I grew up in whiting and this location has not gotten any better over the years. I’m confused as to how this location is still open. Just gut the staff already. Management included because clearly it starts from the top. It’s night and day if you go to the one on the east side. You’re better off going there. You always wait no matter how many cars are in line. The food is somehow always undercooked or overcooked? The staff is less than friendly. I got my food this morning and immediately trashed it.
