  I am not sure what is going on with this location, they are constantly out of product. Tonight we repeated order 3 times, it came out wrong and they had to remake, we got home and the smoothly bowl was running like water instead of frozen. This is 4 trip this week and not once has it right. Very disappointing for the money we spend there.

  I never criticize any individual but this experience was terrible. The salesman was extremely ignorant and untrained. We asked him if any fruit juices were freshly pressed, and he said 'yes, our concentrates are fresh' - never heard a weirder oxymoron. We had to explain three times that we wanted some drink that was pressed in house the same day, but he just didn't get it. The restaurant needs to train their staff either about their menu, or on how to use basic food vocabulary. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback positively and not defend blatant bad salesmanship and lack of training or even common sense. As a food scientist, i know these terms are well documented. Here's the definition: FDA Regulations (21 CFR 101.95): The FDA defines "fresh" as food in its raw state that has never been frozen, subjected to thermal processing (cooking/canning), or treated with preservatives. However, the FDA does permit mild treatments like post-harvest approved coatings/waxes, ionizing radiation, or mild chlorine/acid washes on produce. So clearly, concentrates are NOT fresh. It's a shame that a customer has to explain something so basic. I hope the manager or concerned authorities take this seriously so as to not misguide their customers. Otherwise, negative reviews (which are so frequent and well captured by the AI summary) will keep flowing. I've been to other Tropical Smoothie cafes, asked the same question, and always received a meaningful response (and given positive reviews too) except this time.

  Wow! This is the best tropical smoothie I’ve been to in a while, Remya was and amazing help when I couldn’t decide what to get 10/10 service and I liked her honesty I will definitely be back

  I got charged for 2 pb crunch bowls. I always order a pup cup and get a bowl of yogurt and pb for $2. When I ask why I was charged for 2 pb crunch bowls, they were very rude and said that is what they charge for a dog bowl. Then they violated health code and got in my bag took the second pb crunch bowl back behind the counter never changing gloves. Took almost 10 minutes to get a refund on the second bowl. I will definitely not conduct my business here anymore. The attitude and service are not worth the price. Sad.

  Usually slow today. Ordered mango monsoon and Acai bowl. They seemed confused out of the gate, didnt give me the price ordering, came to window paid, got the mango monsoon, told me to pull up, pulled up, waited around 10 minutes, they came out asked me what I was waiting on, I told him Acai bowl, told me you Pull into parking spot which i did. Waited another 20 minutes. Finally went inside asked them about it and he said the other guy was working on it, literally waited another 20+ minutes while I watched them make several flatbread orders and multiple orders through the drive through. They didnt offer any compensation and I didn't ask. Worst experience ever and ive been there before with no problems.
