But it was not and I waited for more than 10 minutes at pickup window but didn’t received the order. Then need to go inside and my order was not ready and they started preparing when I went inside. Also the order didn’t include everything that which I chose. Will not prefer pick up window ever again.
- MMMikeAug 7, 20261.0Was so excited for this place. When you find a good chipotle the food is great. Unfortunately this isn't one of those good ones. They added an order to ours. Workstations were a mess. Tables and floors not clean. Looked ike a sloppy cafeteria after a week of being open.
- KGKevin GouldAug 2, 20261.0Stopped by to grab dinner and order a steak burrito bowl. The steak was chewy and had a hard time chewing it. I also order the grilled pinion and I believe mushrooms and there were burnt bits in it and had to pick out the chard pieces. The restaurant was dirty as the tables hadn’t been wiped down and the trash was overflowing. Overall it was a bad experience.

- JBJared BAug 2, 20264.0I agree with someone who mentioned the tables are dirty and there was no kidding a full table of staff sitting and talking. After they finished not a single one washed any of the tables. I’ll attach a photo of just one of the tables that was like that when we arrived and after we finished eating. And this is a general chipotle complaint, but the chips are just terrible. One of my favorite guacamole restaurants but every time I try the chips they are awful. Otherwise this is like any other chipotle.
