I said I would take a bag of chips so I wouldn't hold up the line. We got our large order (5 people got meals) I got home and they had forgotten my entree (wrap). I called and talked to a manager, Ava F., and she said, " my team did talk to you about your wrap." WRONG ! She was blaming ME for their mistake?!. What?! I told her that was incorrect. I told her they asked me about the kale salad. She just popped off a quick sorry. No real accountability. A perky voice and the use of sorry do not make up for a lack of accountability. I know she is young. She has likely had very few opportunities to learn how to talk to customers. Maybe with time and experience she will understand that having to give name, order number, time, phone number, email AND home address to just get a QR code from something I PAID for and it being THEIR FAULT, is really frustrating. Oh, and it can take up to a week to get the code. A WEEK! She said that it was their company policy. This location is always very busy. I get that mistakes are made. The managers should have better training in how to speak to patrons. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER! You have to take a right when leaving their drive thru. It's a very busy roundabout/area. So, before guy pull away always check you got the food you paid for. We are going to just eat at the CFA on Michigan from now on. Food is good when you get it. The young people taking orders are great! Manager, Ava F., gets a one star from me.
