- NMNailah Martin1 day ago1.0Highly upset with the service. Went in to get the turkey snack wrap and ordered it only without cheese just to receive it with with only cheese and turkey. Asked for it remade and only received the turkey and and tortillas. Asked why nothing else was on it only to be third the 3rd time they didnt have stuff. They should have stated that in the beginning and asked if I wanted a refund or something else!!

She Suggested the Bahama mama which is by far my second favorite now! The only negative I have about this place is it seems a little pricey, but even with that still give it five stars!

We waited 30 minutes at the window and only got one. They asked what we ordered two different times. Two employees sat in the window laughing/talking. We got no apologies or explanation. We were in line for a whole hour and finally went inside. Absolutely appalling customer service. They weren’t even busy and had plenty of staff. After I went inside they said “were you guys in line?” I said yes we’ve been waiting for an hour. All they said was “we know sorry”. No actual apology or “we’ll get right on it!”
