About

BarAmerican RestaurantSports BarTavernPub
The Mill Tavern has been Westfield’s go-to neighborhood spot since 2010 — a place where the beer is cold, the food is made from scratch, and the regulars feel like family. We’re a true 21+ tavern where adults come to relax, catch up, and enjoy great company without the fuss. Whether you're grabbing a drink after work, watching the game, or sinking your teeth into one of our legendary breaded tenderloins or “Almost Famous” wings, you’ll feel right at home. Everything on the menu is tavern-made daily with care and consistency — no shortcuts, just solid food done right. The Mill is the kind of place where people know your name, your drink order, and maybe even your dog’s name. So come on in, pull up a stool, and make yourself at home. We’ll be here — just like always.

For a strip mall restaurant, this place knocked it out of the park. Categorically, this is what I would call a hidden gem. My burger was outstanding. Very small restaurant, with no waiting area.

great place to eat. Staff is always friendly and helpful and the wait time is never long after you get to your table. Prices are reasonable, and never a very long wait after ordering.

My wife & I were in Westfield Memorial Day weekend for our grandson's annual baseball tournament. We are from Chicago's western suburbs/LaGrange. After reading the Mill's online reviews, I was sold on checking it out. Once you read "it's a local's favorite " I'm all in! We were not disappointed. We were lucky & walked in to find 1 open 2 seat table just off the entrance. The joint was jumping; food & booze was flowing! Our server Libby approached us very shortly, & took a drink order, explained the specials, & made some great recommendations. After reviewing the menu, it was mystifying on what to eat. Everything look so good & is a full complement to anyone tastes. We observed a near table being delivered burgers & realized one would not be wrong on that choice. Started with a Picher of Blue Moon with oranges, we ordered a ordered a side of veggie quesadillas. They were suburb. Our order consisted of the fish & chips, & the Cock-a-doodle-doo burger. Even order a turkey club for next day's lunch to go. The food was outstanding, the service was excellent, Libby's service, sense of humor, & her attention to detail was suburb! It was the first time in my 65 years I've ever left a >30% tip! Well done Mill Tavern, give Libby a raise! Highly recommended! Plenty of parking, & 21 & over law. (No brats disrupting your visit!) Will see you next year!
