The food itself was fine! However i went through the drive through on my lunch and got a discovery luxe box and asked that both of my tacos be supreme. when i got to the window the man who ran my card (different than the one who i spoke to at the speaker) got snippy with me and told me that if i want sour cream and tomatoes on my taco then i just need to say supreme. i told him that that is what i had said and that must’ve been just how it was rung in (NOTHING to do with me) and he proceeded to roll his eyes at me and say “yeah okay” in a rude tone.

Went to the bathroom and noticed it didn’t have any toilet paper. I asked an employee for some and he said he didn’t know where toilet paper was and to use napkins. Had to follow him out and ask someone else who did not seem please to go fetch some toilet paper for the bathroom. This was a first for me lol

I visited the drive-thru to purchase food for my son and was extremely disappointed by the level of customer service I received.
While placing my order, an employee named Jacob spoke so quietly that I could not hear his question about the drink selection. I politely said, “Excuse me?” He repeated the question in an irritated tone. When I explained that I had not heard him and asked him to speak louder, he responded, “I wasn’t talking to you.” This was unnecessary and unprofessional, especially considering that drive-thru communication occurs through a microphone and can already be difficult to hear in a busy, high-traffic area.
When I reached the window, a female employee with blonde hair and red lipstick abruptly handed me my son’s drink before taking payment. She then extended the card reader and waved it toward me without speaking or providing any instructions. After I completed the payment, she appeared visibly annoyed and closed the window forcefully. When the food was ready, she pushed the bag out of the window in a similarly disrespectful manner.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have encountered. The employees’ behavior appeared to escalate simply because I asked Jacob to speak louder so that I could hear him. Customers should not be treated with hostility for requesting clear communication.
Although Taco Bell is not typically my restaurant of choice, my son enjoys the food. However, after this experience, I will drive to the Carmel location rather than return to this restaurant. I also intend to contact corporate management because this location’s employees demonstrated a serious lack of professionalism, communication, and basic courtesy.
