I placed an online order to pick up on my way into work this morning. I showed up to get my order and nobody came to the stall that I was in. I then attempted to go through the drive-through twice and no one ever answered at the drive-through. I drove up to the window and sat there, and nobody ever came to the window. So as of right now, I have paid for a breakfast burrito and a Diet Coke that I have no way of receiving. To add to that I am now going to be late to work because of their shenanigans. So if I could give zero stars I would.

Placed order in app for three slushies and one ice cream. Order was supposed to be ready in 5 minutes. Waited 27 mins for order without being able to get response from staff after many attempts. Went through drive thru to alert them and waited another 10 minutes even tho they stated the order was ready for us. Will not be returning
Burger was sloppy - soggy buns, brown lettuce, messy overall. Fries and poppers are always on point, but overall kinda disappointed considering we spent $42 for myself, my wife and my 2 kids, wild we could have spent the same amount at a sit-down and gotten better quality.

My wife, who has a disability, placed an order through the DoorDash app today because she had available credit and chose to use it. We were informed that their policy requires DoorDash orders to be picked up at the patio, while orders placed through the Sonic app are delivered directly to the vehicle.
Could you please help me understand the reason for this difference in service between the two ordering methods? This situation can be particularly challenging for someone with mobility limitations.
I would sincerely appreciate any clarification or consideration you can provide. Thank you for your time and understanding.

absolutely one of the worst experiences ive ever had at a fast food restaurant.
i do DoorDash regularly, so im used to (and honestly expect) about a 15-minute wait here since this location typically struggles to keep up with orders—even when business is slow. this time i came through as a regular customer and ordered just two milkshakes at the stall.
after about six minutes, the screen changed from “preparing” to “on its way,” but no one ever came out. i pressed the call button and waited over 20 minutes with no response. i also tried calling the store multiple times and was sent to voicemail each time.
i eventually went through the drive-thru and tried explaining the situation at the speaker, but i was cut off and told they were busy. when i got to the window, they asked if i was a different order and were about to hand me that persons food. once they found mine, the milkshakes were already halfway melted. when I pointed this out i was told they were “just made” and that a remake would be the same because of the machine. i still asked for them to be remade.
i waited at the window again for several minutes before another employee came over and asked, “can I help you?” as if I hadn’t already been waiting. i explained i was still waiting on the remake, and instead of resolving it, she questioned what was wrong with the original shakes and then shut the window. when i finally received the new order, one of the milkshakes was made incorrectly. at that point i didn’t even bother trying to fix it again.
i attempted to call the store afterward to speak with a manager, but again, no one answered.
the lack of organization at this location is unbelievable. during the entire time I was there (close to an hour), i rarely saw the same employee handle two interactions. employees were juggling drive-thru, headsets, and running orders with no clear coordination. every interaction i had was with a different person, and there seemed to be little to no communication between staff about orders or issues.
i couldn’t even identify who the manager was, which is a problem in itself. i understand this is fast food, but there still needs to be structure and leadership, especially at a busy location. other restaurants in the area manage rushes just fine, but this location has consistently long wait times regardless of how busy it is.
a strong, organized leader is clearly needed here, because right now, the operation is chaotic and frustrating for customers.
