  Very disappointing experience at this Sonic. The staff was extremely disrespectful and unwelcoming. In particular, the employee with golden/blonde hair had a terrible attitude and showed no sense of how to properly greet, receive, or speak to customers. Her behavior was extremely unprofessional and left a very bad impression. Management really needs to address this because having someone treat customers this way can seriously hurt the business and drive customers away. Based on my experience, she should not be interacting with customers unless her attitude and customer service improve significantly. Thankfully, another employee eventually came to help us, and she was graceful, polite, and respectful. I truly appreciated her professionalism. The difference in how we were treated was very noticeable.

  Food and drinks are overall great sometimes your oder can take over 10 minutes even if you put the order in ahead of time beside that it's good

  Forgot my ice cream and spilled my coke down my arm didn’t even apologize no napkins in my bag not one to complain but he didn’t even apoplogize

  Had an order for 2 people. We didn't like one of our drinks and the staff remade it and helped us. They are amazing I am so impressed.

  The employee there with the headset on at 9:45am today 8/16/26 was very rude. Waiting patiently to pickup an order and she comes out to give out one order as she is walking back in, she says to me “don’t even say one word to me!” . I hadn’t done anything to be treated this way! In fact all I was going to say was “how are you?”. This is unacceptable to treat customers this way.
