  Every time I order Sonic through doordash, there is always an issue. This time, I ordered at 6:05 and finally canceled my order at 6:45 after they told the Dasher that there were 12 orders in front of mine. Seriously I find that extremely hard to believe. Maybe if the people working there weren't too busy hanging out with all the teens in there, things might get done. Definitely will not be back.

  yikes... 30 minutes at a bay waiting for 2 ice creams. finally went thru the drive thru and then waited for another 20! if you know you're busy on weekend nights, maybe bring in an additional person or two to work. don't run with bare minimum staff on nights you know will be busier. oh! and when we got to the window, when we gave the lady our frustrations (did not get a name) she yelled at us and essentially said we were the problem with her tone. "i'm not finna argue with y'all. our wait times are an hour on sundays." we asked where the signage was and if there is no signage that they need to preface an hour wait-time at the stall before we order. she went back and forth with us, and was just an unpleasant person to interact with especially after waiting a grand total of 50 minutes for two simple ice creams. she was nice enough to give us our ice creams but it was after she was rude to us the entire time we were at the drive thru window.

  One of the staff here was directly rude to me when I was having a hard time trying to order because of my stutter. I love it here and come here often, but am thinking about stop coming here due to the rude customer service.

  Terrible at night with all the highschoolers that go there. Way too crowded and did not feel safe. They were screaming, yelling, revving their obnoxious cars, going way to fast in the parking lot. Ordered a drink and waited 30 minutes and it never came so I decided to leave. Not necessarily the restaurant's fault but the city should disperse the crowds that gather as the customers wont listen to the staff. Would not recommend going past 9pm.

  The very disrespectful man in the red shirt needs an absolute attitude check. He is very obnoxious towards courier drivers, and doesn’t even have the customer service ability to CHECK for an order after being asked numerous times to look. Turns out- the order was ready the ENTIRE TIME, on the shelf. After asking another worker (a teenager with curly hair, a blue shirt & shorts), the order was handed over. The red shirt guy who’s extremely rude didn’t even have the customer service or manners to apologize after being proven wrong. Man up.
