  I have always been a papa John’s guy. They’re my go to pizza place. But this new Toy Story promo is not it. For the same price as a medium pizza. You can get a super tiny. Barely any crust personal pizza. With less than half the amount of pizza you get on a medium for the same price, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY COMING HERE FOR TOY STORY. Typical money hungry corporation using Toy Story to raise prices and offer less food. This definitely got somebody a new boat. Will not be back to papa John’s for a while. I give my business to a company that appreciates its customers. Not takes advantage of them. This was a terrible marketing move. We will use another favorite spot for the next couple years. Let papas johns think about their bad practices and what works. Pushing the bottom line. Or customer appreciation. I guess if the ladder I won’t ever be back. Which honestly since they fired papa John. It’s been crap anyways

  Pretty much disgusted with one employee only. I will not bring the others into it. Be aware of the grey and purple long curly hair chick that works here. First, she comes all by the dough where her hair every where. Not even a hair net on. She combs thru her hair with her hair then puts it in a pony tail. Licks her entire palm and picks up a piece of dough and starts twirling it around to stretch it out. I was staring her down so I hope she know I was eyeballing her. She put the dough down then starts digging in her pants fixing whatever she’s fixing then proceeds to grab orders for customers. Not once did she wash her hands and to do that knowing us customers are watching is very unacceptable. I will not be back or recommend this place.

  Went into store to order..walked down to Kroger to grab a few things 3o mins later came back to grab my order and it was wrong..had to wait for them to remake it..no apology, and the manager was rude and said there was no need to apologize as they remade the order. Staff was rude and one of the kids walked from the front toward the crust table , wiped his nose then went to make pizza..I said ummm you should wash your hands ..manager asked if there was a problem told her what he had done and she acted like it was inconvenient for her to make him go wash his hands...I luckily do not eat their pizza my husband and daughter do..won't be anymore...
