Very nice place. Not as large as the Greyhound Pass location, but more bright and newer. Food was great and came out very timely. The cashier Colt did a great job taking our order, and even checked on us to made sure our food came out okay and took plates away that were finished. Excellent service!

Just got home to find a large bug crawling around in the wrapper of my sandwich...completely unacceptable for a restaurant that has just opened recently. Will not be returning.

Almost every time we visit, there seems to be an issue—either items are missing or the wait time is 20–30 minutes. This visit was no different. I specifically requested no green goddess dressing and asked for the herb dressing on the side, but the salad came covered in green goddess anyway, with only a few tiny bits of bacon.
The drive-thru experience is also frustrating. They ask for a rewards number but never confirm whether any rewards are available or applied, which makes the process feel pointless.
On top of that, we received a baguette instead of chips and the wrong cookies entirely. Unfortunately, the service and attention to detail seem to be getting worse over time rather than improving.
