  Horrible customer service. All of the women behind the counter (both register and the service counter) stand there talking about non-related to work conversations, and ignore the customers standing DIRECTLY there in front of them. I’ve been in there twice now, and encountered the exact same people who don’t even acknowledge my existence as a customer, despite standing directly in front of them. In both scenarios the exact same male (whose name I do not know) who was working his butt off doing multiple other tasks, was the one to approach me and do THEIR job for them. Ridiculous. I will not be supporting this location again.

  Friendly, welcoming staff! Chairs are uncomfortably hard. Menu is 3 ft too high in the air, glare from ceiling can lights makes it hard for folks with glasses to read it. Need a direction sign at the Ortho Indy driveway beaconing customers back to this new store.

  Yesterday, this location made my day! I made an enormous error on my catering order (I ordered for the wrong day) but when I showed up, this location made all the food quickly! They were so very friendly! I felt so embarrassed but they were so kind about my mistake. What they didn’t know is that order was for some very hard-working & deserving nurses. Thank you Panera!!

  Good place to eat
