  We used to live Panera, had it at least once a week. Over the past few years, it has declined significantly. About every 6 months. We give it another shot, only to regret. With the new store, we were hopeful for a different outcome. Unfortunately, not so. Sandwiches are sloppy, very little meat, and never look anything like what they advertise. Even the doups seem to be watered down, lacking in flavor. The only bagel we ordered, was burnt, and they still served it. Sadly, I think we are done.

  The staff are friendly. The food is quite pricey and somewhat underwhelming for how much you pay.

  Whatever you do… don’t send your husband for an online pick-up order and forget to mention you marked “in cafe”! He literally got scolded in the drive thru! Ridiculous. If I could revoke the tip I left for a PICK-UP order, I absolutely would. Sorry we inconvenienced your day, however since you didn’t actually have to place my order at the counter… I did that part for you, I guess you earned that tip by having to walk over to the pick-up shelf. Honest mistake on my part, but scolding a customer in the drive thru over a soup order… definitely uncalled for and we won’t be back to this location.

  We ordered the wild rice and chicken soup expecting a thick soup like it used to be. Instead it was very watered down. We could have drank the soup ! I had about the same amount of soup in my cup of soup as my husband had in his bowl of soup. Also there was no cucumber in my bowl. Every time I have been there they are out of some ingredient or bread. Very disapppinted!

  Horrible customer service. All of the women behind the counter (both register and the service counter) stand there talking about non-related to work conversations, and ignore the customers standing DIRECTLY there in front of them. I’ve been in there twice now, and encountered the exact same people who don’t even acknowledge my existence as a customer, despite standing directly in front of them. In both scenarios the exact same male (whose name I do not know) who was working his butt off doing multiple other tasks, was the one to approach me and do THEIR job for them. Ridiculous. I will not be supporting this location again.
