  Just got home to find a large bug crawling around in the wrapper of my sandwich...completely unacceptable for a restaurant that has just opened recently. Will not be returning.

  Almost every time we visit, there seems to be an issue—either items are missing or the wait time is 20–30 minutes. This visit was no different. I specifically requested no green goddess dressing and asked for the herb dressing on the side, but the salad came covered in green goddess anyway, with only a few tiny bits of bacon. The drive-thru experience is also frustrating. They ask for a rewards number but never confirm whether any rewards are available or applied, which makes the process feel pointless. On top of that, we received a baguette instead of chips and the wrong cookies entirely. Unfortunately, the service and attention to detail seem to be getting worse over time rather than improving.

  Unbelievably slow service. I’m a sip club member and I live one minute from this location. I will only use my sip club if no one is in the drive thru in front of me. They have no idea how to run a drive thru. Cars waiting on orders should pull forward so people behind with small orders can be helped. If someone is in line ahead of me, I consistently wait 10-15 minutes for A DRINK ONLY. One drink. I can’t make this up. I could park and go in and make my drink myself, but then why is picking up in the drive-thru even an option? Convenience. They have no idea what they are doing at this location, and it shows. Will be cancelling sip club and not returning to Panera. Do better.

  Came here mid morning. Restaurant is clean, staff is super friendly and food was amazing.
