It’s unfortunate that I even have to leave 1 star, because this experience deserved 0 stars. I visit this Dunkin location often, mostly through the drive-thru, and until today I had never had a bad experience here.
This morning 05/19/2026, I ordered a coffee. As I was placing the cup into my cup holder, the lid came off unexpectedly, causing the coffee to spill all over my car and burn my hands. The employee who initially handed me the coffee was polite and immediately offered to replace it, which I appreciated.
Another employee then brought me a replacement coffee. The cup and lid didn’t seem secure, so I asked her to double-check it before handing it to me. Up to that point, everything was handled professionally. I was also given extra napkins, which I used to clean the inside of my car.
After cleaning up, I politely asked if they could throw away the used napkins and trash since I was still in the drive-thru. At that point, the situation changed completely. The employee became rude, told me to move out of the drive-thru immediately, and even blamed me for the spill, claiming I had intentionally squeezed the cup to make it spill. That accusation was shocking and completely unnecessary.
What should have been a simple mistake handled with professionalism turned into an unpleasant and disrespectful interaction. I’ve never experienced anything like this at this location before. Management seriously needs to address customer service and employee training, especially when dealing with situations involving spills and customer safety.
I come here almost every day between 5pm and 6pm, and the service is always amazing! The guy that’s been working in the evening is so friendly and he makes my coffee so good every time! Would highly recommend this location!

This is one of the worst Dunkins that I've been to. Your order is never correct and your food is either cold when it's supposed to be hot or it's burnt. The croissants are always hard and not edible. The employees are never nice or friendly at all.
It’s not good enough to replace everyday coffee trips. Friendly staff, though!

This location is terrible. I went there today. No customers in the drive thru, no one inside. I pull to the drive thru speaker and was told "we will be with you in a moment." I get told this every single time I go there...I timed it this time to see how long I am actually waiting because it is usually quite the wait. 2 minutes and 17 seconds I waited before I drove off. If they're busy, I understand, but it is always dead when I am there. So what am I waiting for? Then, when I get to the window, they are never friendly. That's why I didn't wait this time. Any other Dunkin' I go to, I am in and out with friendly customer service. This location is seriously lacking.
