  We called ahead while on a road trip and they had the food ready and waiting for us when we arrived. We received great service and our stomachs were happy!

  I was in today to pick up our pizza for dinner for my mom and there was a situation going on at the front counter the young manager on oven was very rude and unprofessional customer service should be important for people to come back there was another assistant manager he was nice and gave great customer service and de-escalate the situation with the lady’s up front we’re upset when the other young manager was coming up and stepping on he’s toes when he was handing the situation very well and did not need him around he was only making it worse with the lady’s I was impressed with the assistant manager he treats he’s customers good and was professional and cares for he’s people and staff I have had issues at this location with the young manager and general manager before they are rude and unprofessional i have seen how they talk to there employees and treat them I would not want work for them or want be in that environment I don’t understand why there’s not a military discount or senior citizen discount

  LONG STORY SHORT I LOVE DOMINOS BUT THIS LOCATION IS DISAPPOINTING AND I’VE GROWN TIRED OF THE 100% DISAPPOINTMENT RATE SO I’M GOING TO NOBLESVILLE DOMINOS ON 32! I have ordered many times from this location, each more disappointing than the last. They have cancelled orders with no notification until we call and ask and they say “too busy don't have enough delivery drivers”. The pizza is nearly always incorrect (we have dietary restrictions and preferences like no sauce and well done that are never followed). The tracker is consistently false, on several occasions for pick up they say the pizza has been picked up before it comes out of the oven (feels like a scam to keep their wait times down or something). Speaking of wait times don’t believe anything the tracker says. Any other location it is accurate, here they constantly scam the time and lie about where your order is. A 20 min estimate for a random Tuesday night is gonna end up being 60 min without any call or explanation… and good luck when the order is wrong or half raw because it was sloppily made and rushed, because your fixed pizza is also gonna take a ridiculous amount of time. Oh and make sure you have a knife when you order because the pizza is never cut through, so unless you want to be ripping every piece in half, you will need to do their job and cut your own pizza through. And heres a tip! If you order extra of a topping, don't. Don't waste your money or excitement because odds are they will forget the topping completely. The last order I received the pick up was for 7:20 while I sat there in carside delivery it was pushed to 7:40 until i went in and asked. Once going in they said yeah it’s in the oven and will be 5 more minutes so I went out to my car and waited. 5 minutes later a delivery driver said “oh just two more minutes”… 10 minutes later I was still sitting in the car and the order tracker updated and said “carside delivery complete”… I did not receive my pizza but the order had been “delivered” according to domino’s… 4 minutes later my pizza was done and handed to me after I had to walk inside myself to pick it up. (so not only was my order falsely put as delivered, I had to forgo my method of pickup and only when I walked in and showed them that it said carside delivery complete did they hand it to me. Not only that, it was missing 2 toppings on one of the pizzas, one of the pizzas was half raw, and they gave us the wrong bread bites!) Do yourselves a favor and order pizza anywhere else. I love dominos but this location is scuffed. The noblesville location on 32 is much tastier, faster, and has better customer service in my opinion. It’s a shame its too far for delivery but I would rather go out of my way and pick it up myself than have convenience but deal with bad food and poor service here. I will take my dominos loyalty to the Noblesville store until whoever runs this Westfield dominos actually cares about serving decent product with decent customer care.

  Big shout-out to Breanna! This was my first time ever ordering from this location. I am out of town on a business trip with a co-worker. Pulled up the Domino's app from the hotel and order a couple sandwiches and drinks for us. As soon as the app says the order has been placed, my phone rings. It's Domino's. It's Breanna. She informed me that they can't deliver at this time, because her only delivery driver just called in with a medical emergency. She's apologizing, offering to refund the purchase if need be. Turns out, her store is right across the highway. We're like, we can come and get it, and we hope you're driver is okay. She says she can have our order ready in about 12 minutes. We're literally 5 minutes from there. A soon as we pull up, the order is already on the counter, piping hot. This girl is running the whole store by herself, just killing it like nobody's business. She told me she's always worried if something goes wrong on a hotel order because she knows that the customer may not have a vehicle, and delivery is their only option. Fortunately, we had our moving truck. The immediate phone call from her was surprising. The speed of the order was uncanny. The food was great, as I'd expect from any Domino's. I mean she's really on top of it. Fierce! Breanna rules! Give her a raise, or a nice bonus. For real. Thank you once again, and I really hope everything turns out alright for your driver.
