- BSBenjamin Simpson1 day ago2.0I eat chick-fil-a a lot, this was my first time at this location. My meal was missing the sauces and my girlfriend got a parfait which was missing the granola. The chicken and hashbrowns had an off taste that ive never tasted before, kinda like something was off with the fryer or the oil. Hashbrowns were quite soggy. Service was friendly.

Also, they have a bookcase with games for guests to play. Mainly kids games but some can be played by the whole family. Great CFA location overall!

Almost all Chic fil a locations give out a free sandwich for the teachers that educate our youth (many of their employees) and nurses that serve to protect the health of our community. Being in Westfield near grand park, and as busy as this location is ensures me that it is just complete greed by the owner. I’m sure you have kids in schools and have had to see a nurse at some point but obviously you don’t appreciate us in any way shape or form. I lived all across the southeast and Midwest and never once have had this happen at any location on national nurse appreciation day. Shame on you.
