  If I could give less than one star I would. This place consistently gives terrible food and EVERY time I've been here Ive waited over an hour for food not to mention the wait to even get to the order screen. Who ever manages this place either needs fired or retrained on how to keep staff on task and able ti quickly get food out the window. I've worked many fast food jobs going through high school and college and even been shift leads at a couple there is absolutely no reason for this do better!!!

  First I gave the Stars because this isn't the first time this has happened here.Go here during lunch is fine absolutely don't come here in the evening hours because you're 20 or $30 you'd pay for your tacos You're going to wait for 30 to 45 minutes in line and a gas prices at $5 a gallon You just turn your 20 $30 bill into a 50 $60 bill so think about that before you decide to get tacos at night or at least fueling to shut your engine off and sit in line and wait until they're good and ready to serve your food, you'll notice people just driving away without getting their food because they're getting tired of waiting for their food after a half an hour 40 minutes even after they pay they still drive away cuz they get tired. This will be the last time I come here to Taco Bell ever again if I'm going to go get taco and real Mexican food I'll go to Pepe's real Mexican restaurant no more fast food not worth it for the price. I got news places that do this aren't in business very long especially in today's world.

  This is the single worst experience I’ve ever had at a food establishment. We ordered on the app, waited for over 40 minutes, and when I finally made contact with employees I was told, “We had a 7 page order and you’re on the third page.” I asked how long it would be before our food was ready and the employees had no idea. I asked if we could get our money back and they made some vague statement about being able to request it on the app. That’s not to mention that we had a gift card that we could not use because the two does not work on any of the machines and, again, it is nearly impossible to get assistance from an employee. Just horrible in all regards. We will not return and I would encourage others to avoid this store at all costs.

  I personally haven’t had issues with bad food quality. But the wait times have just gotten worse and worse. I waited an hour here a few months ago so the next time I wanted food I used the app (since that is supposed to help things go fast at least on my end since I don’t have to wait in line) and yet I waited 3 hours for my food because I couldn’t figure out how to get a refund. There are times when I am in the actual building and see employees just standing around while one person does all the work. Meanwhile their drive thru line is extremely long and there are at least 20 people inside waiting for their food as well. With all the reviews I’m seeing on here, I’d think something would be done about this service but it’s seems like customer satisfaction is straight up ignored.

  I’ve given this Taco Bell multiple chances, and every single time the drive-thru experience has been frustratingly slow. But tonight has been the worst by far. Tonight I spent over an hour sitting in the drive-thru line, barely moving. There was no communication, no sense of urgency, and it honestly felt like a total waste of time. Fast food shouldn’t take anywhere near that long, especially when you’re just trying to grab something quickly. At this point, I’m beyond disappointed. Consistently poor service like this makes it clear that this location isn’t managed well. I won’t be coming back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this Taco Bell to anyone expecting a quick or efficient service. Looks like other reviews here have similar complaints.
