  The lobby was a little bit unkempt however I have never received better or faster service...we get a custom order that's we go in and get it to go...I won't hold up the drive thru for our needs this team delivered our order perfectly no rice...extra tortilla strips and nacho cheese in our burritos wonderful experience shout out to the team i have been there i know and thank you we were SO hungry

  Multiple occasions I had to wait over a half an hour past what the app said it was going to be done at then even after it said it was done they marked it done incorrectly I'm still waiting Mind you I ordered ahead of time with the app so I wouldn't have to wait or at least not very long hopefully but waiting over a half an hour past the time is not cool Then today I'm at the Bell off of 43... the person that seems to be running the Taco Bell is very rude short and very rushed. Not a person that you want to have dealing with customers I feel so bad about this interaction that I can't go back to that Taco Bell anymore. Now I don't necessarily believe it was all her fault that she's underpaid and doesn't have the kind of help there that she needs I believe that stresses her out and then she's taking it out on the customers You need to get this woman a raise (I could see that she was working very hard) And get her some help so she doesn't have to run around all over the place and feel like she's doing everything But overall a terrible experience Taco Bell has really gone downhill 🤬 And I blame Corporate Taco Bell not the staff!!

  Slow, ignoring the customers in the lobby, only offering drink cups (that the customer paid for) if they ask about the cup they paid for. Slow drive thru too

  Placed a mobile order around 7pm yesterday. Got there about 7:10. Went to the mobile speaker and waited. There were 2 cars in the regular line. They took their orders and thinking ok they are going to help me next. Nope I sat there over 10mins. They then proceeded to take 4 more cars in the regular line who pulled up after I did. They finally asked me what the name was on the order. I told them and she said we don't have an order for that name. Then asked me to refresh the app. I had to drive around again and sit and wait another 5mins for them to ask me the name on the order. I said I have the app confirmation and also the email confirmation. They said ok we got you checked in. Got to the window after another few minutes and they tried being super nice never said sorry. I finally left with my order at almost 8pm. What's the point of the mobile order if they're just going to keep skipping those people and taking all the regular orders. If they were there before me that is fine, but to have several people pull up after a mobile order is still sitting and waiting to be help is ridiculous.
