  This location has been slowly deteriorating for a while but I think we hit rock bottom over the weekend. Stopped on Saturday night around 10 pm on the drive home. Waited 30+ minutes for a 3-cheese flatbread and nacho fries, and the only reason it came that soon is because I started complaining to the guy who was sort of playing manager ("I'm not even on the line") who finally got the crew in the back to prioritize our order. It's not even clear most times if there even is a manager here, it's just a bunch of teenagers/young adults who seem rather clueless. I also gave it a 1* for atmosphere because they generally have profane music blasting from the back with heavy bass - I won't even eat in the dining room here because it's pounding like a night club. This place needs to be razed or else needs a complete staff/management overhaul.

  The service is always slow when you mobile order on more than one occasion they will take several people from the other lane before they ask for mobile order information

  I've been sitting inside for over 30 mins and still haven't gotten our food. They have two employees. Hire people!!

  Totally incompetent. Took 45 minutes for food to come out. Still in search of a decent Taco Bell in the Lafayette area lol. Probably fine during the day, but avoid at night
