  I have been putting off leaving a review since they are kind of a newer store. But when I have been to the store multiple times at every one of them, I have had weight over 15 minutes, sometimes over 40 minutes, just for a drink and a sandwich. I have physically watched employees drop the tea bags, and then put it into the brew basket immediately after it falling on the floor (yes I did tell the manager) . Staff members being rude for just asking a simple request. During the weekdays, I order my food for pickup and have been bluntly ignored, when they see that I have been waiting or trying to get their attention for just a drink after waiting 15 plus mins.

  The food is fine, but the amount of time it takes to go through a drive through or even receive your order inside is always between 15-35 minutes. I gave them benefit of the doubt, but now have gone 4 times and it remains the same with an average of 22 minute wait time. Out of 4 times my order was missing items twice. Recommend going further down 52 to a different McDonalds until this location either has new management or additional employees.

  Worst McDonalds I’ve ever been too. They act like they are the only people that’s had to work a busy fast food job. I was at the speaker for over five minutes and thought they just didn’t realize I was there and so I pulled up to the window, when I went to the window, she was like well there’s “ Well, there’s only one person taking orders” like I know that but When you work fast food, you’re supposed to let the customer know and that you’ll be with them as soon as you can not just let them sit in silence. There was no one at the other speaker box. It’s like they’re actively trying to be the worst McDonald’s. If you try to go inside the McDonald’s, You will get zero help. They act like the customers are invisible and get visibly frustrated when any customer asks for any help inside. Most of the employees are just lazy and rude.

  Ordered drive thru, payed for my ordered . They sent me to the very last window, they forgot I was waiting for my food. Went inside and they gave me the wrong order. Made me wait longer and still gave me the wrong order, my fries were not even half way filled. I had also ordered a frappe and they had to re make it because a worker was drinking the first one made since they forgot I was waiting for my food. WORSE SERVICE. Was there for longer than a person needs to be for a fast food restaurant. Worker said order on screen was what they gave me, as if I didn’t have my receipt showing them it was not.

  Went through the drive through, paid with google pay they didnt give us a receipt. Get to the window and get our food than the manager Katie says we were charged the wrong amount and we need to pay the correct amount (which is totally fine) BUT they have to take our card or phone to the back to pay or we have to wait in the line again for 20 minutes to do it at the back window and that we cant go inside to pay for tge order that they messed up, after arguing for about 10 minutes I asked her if she (katie) was the manager and what her name was she said yes and than finally decided to work with us and let ys come inside to pay so they dont have our card or phone out of our site. The whole incident was crazy and we where inconvenienced with their issue not doing their job correctly being turned into our issues.
