  The girl with pink hair in the drive through it was very rude. If you have an employee like that, you probably shouldn't put them where they interact with customers. When I asked for arby sauce, she just shut the window and walked away. I get it if you don't love your job. But you don't have to be rude to customers.I'll never be coming back to this location.

  Visited your West Lafayette location this evening, and the drive-through guy was very very rude. He acted as as if I was an inconvenience to his day repeated myself, and he got more irritated when he handed me my food. I asked for Arby’s and horsey sauce, and he said it was in the bag and I repeated horsey sauce in the bag and he said it’s in the bag very rudely. I then checked the bag and had to go inside and get horsey sauce. This is the second time I’ve had poor service at the drive-through by the same mail and I will not be returning. His name is Charles.

  Good food fast service. Recommend Been awhile since I reviewed these guys. Just went through the drive-thru and got two Buffalo chickens for $7 and a chicken strip meal for nine. I live approximately two blocks away and made one quick stop. By the time I got home I had noticed that the chicken strips were still hot. But my two Buffalo sandwiches were cold as ice I had to heat them up in the microwave. Arby's If most of their order is chicken....drop it at the same time so the chicken is fresh. I spoke to Michael the manager and he was very nice. Offered to replace the meal. That is good service.
