  Was given an expired free drink card in a promotion from the spring (expired before the promotion). Didn't even notice until I tried to use it and the manager refused to do anything to rectify the error. Additionally, the last three Key Lime Freeze drinks I ordered I specified "the one with the ice cream" and was given the frozen lemon concentrate base with ice instead. (Two were in the same day and one the day before or after. Since I ordered for someone not with me, I didn't know the error until after getting to their house. I said something my next visit and the manager shrugged it off with a "so what?" Vibe and didn't even apologize. The rest of the staff was great and at least sympathized even if they could not do anything about the error. This location was phenomenal for the first at least year, but has gone downhill this year. Energy and joy from the employees has dropped, they seem to be having less fun which translates to longer wait times. Super bummer if that is related to the manager bc the drinks aren't good enough to go without the atmosphere and customer service.

  My favorite place to get a fun drink. It never fails that the drink comes out amazing every time. It’s honestly worth it for the price. It’s makes it even better when they offer free drinks after so many points and when they have fun offers every month. I’d honestly choose 7 brew over any other place. The people are always so nice too and very patient.

  line went super fast, was in and out in less 5 minutes and the workers were the nicest ive met at any 7brew location
