  Always long waits and orders are rarely correct. Ordered plain and it was loaded and then when I called to complain and get a refund they said I had to drive all the way back to the store. There was no issue with taking my money with the mobile app but they miraculously can't figure out how to send it back.

  I got a mcflurry and ice cream sundae. The sundae was 1/2 melted and when I asked for a new one the person at the window said that's how the ice cream is coming out of the machine.

  Ordered in the app 15 minutes ahead. Thinking I could walk in and grab my food on my way through town before heading a further 3 hours down the road. WRONG! They hadn't even started cooking my order! I waited more than 25 minutes to get my food. Ray Kroc is rolling in his grave. Beware of the Arcola McDonald's - it's anything but fast food!

  I don't eat here often but I do occasionally get a milkshake BUT it has to be at the least two months that I know of that their milkshake machine has not worked and possibly longer. I have gotten to the point I call before I go to see if it is working. I mean how long does it take to either replace the machine or fix it? Are parts for an ice cream machine that scarce or can they not afford to get it fix? Sarcasm!!
