  If I could put 0 stars I would. Don't expect to pay cash for delivery because they won’t have change and it’ll come through DoorDash… was confused as to why it did when I didn’t order it from DoorDash. I called the store to try to make it right and the lady on the phone was rude and hateful, I can’t remember her name but I will NOT be ordering or getting pizza from here again. When I started eating my food I opened up the Mac and cheese I ordered and it was all over the box the cheese sauce was all on the bottom, the bottom of the box was soaked, I thought it was because of the condensation but I was wrong.

  Awful. From start to finish. Shockingly rude person on the phone, hung up on us, after saying she didn’t think they deliver to us (we told her they do) then dropping phone whilst fact “checking” with someone about whether they deliver to us (they have, to our house & the whole subdivision for the 2 years it’s been here, we’re 3 minutes away) then hanging up on us. Second phone call, same nasty person on the phone has found out they do, in fact, deliver to us. Order placed & received in a timely manner, but also somehow both burnt & cold. Very frustrating after exhausting day of packing to move- too tired to call the store & do anything about it, as it’s likely a fruitless effort. Ironically, we had the exact opposite experience 2 weeks ago. Person on the phone was helpful, courteous, efficient. Food arrived quickly & was very good. Hopefully our new state/neighborhood doesn’t have the same service.
