  The new GM is absolutely the worse he will cuss you out over the phone, Worse fast food im town because its ran by the worse GM their can be, I have worked last 15 years in the Fast Food and have never had no GM treat any customer the way he does, 100% he needs fired

  if you’re gonna whisper and make fun of customers do it out of earshot or when they leave. extremely rude to whisper infront of said person, learn some manners.

  Placed an order online and waited at the counter for 5+ mins before anyone greeted me. Was told "It's gonna be awhile" before anything else. I could see my order behind them. They tried sending me out the door without my chicken tenders. Once I opened my pulled pork bowl I see there's no crispy onions on it. I'll be back when there's a new staff

  Washington Arby's is just gross. The food is just nasty. We spent $35 on food that got thrown away because it was so bad. Even the drinks were bad. It took over 10 minutes for the cashier to ring up our order, that's not including how long we waited in line or how long it took to get the food... And this was not the 1st time having an experience like this here... We will not be back
