  Honestly, I had a really great experience at Wingstop! The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor, and everything came out exactly how I wanted it. The wings were seasoned perfectly. The staff was also super friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. You can tell they actually care about the customers and the quality of the food. Definitely one of those places I’ll be coming back to when I’m craving wings. Highly recommend giving them a try!

  We had ordered lemon pepper dry rub traditional wings and the oil from the fryer was all over the bag/coming out of the bottom of the box. That was unpleasant to say the least . Also ordered Mild traditional and there was no sauce on the wings at all. We also were supposed to have an order of Boneless BBQ wings and they were traditional and mild sauce wings instead of boneless BBQ . Pretty sad about it .

  Wings were good. Services wasn’t terrible. I got in an argument with a guy Wingstop employee on the phone saying this location only does online orders. He clearly didn’t understand the system and was rude. I just called and placed an order previously and forgot to add an item that needed added. I hung up and called back, a friendly lady picked up and added it without me even mentioning my previous rude conversation. You press 1 to take orders via phone. I’ve lived and went to Fort Wayne WS locations several times. More training is needed. Will mark it higher in future

  Decided to order ahead on the app and went in when it told me it was ready. Went into the store only to wait an additional 20 mins. Multiple people had come in as well under the same pretenses only to realize they were in the same predicament. I also witnessed a door dasher get the bag of food he was waiting on and completely disregard the drinks on the order. Once I received the food, it was all cold somehow. Mind you, I had only ordered a regular fry and a regular veggie sticks w/ a ranch cup… how hard is that to mess up? And for it to be cold fries! If you want Wingstop, go to Fort Wayne or South Bend and don’t waste your money here.

  We ordered ahead of time to save time. The app said it’s ready before we even got there. When we got to the store, the cashier asked us to wait for the food. I waited almost an hour and turned out the food had been sitting on the shelf. There was no apology from her. The wings were cold. There were only 2 wing tips in 20 wings. It’s the first time I’ve ordered in this location. So bad experience. The floor was so sticky. Not sure how they managed to keep the customers happy. Please do better. The Warsaw customer has higher expectations for you.
