  Ordered 3 large pizzas from here. Came out to see the lake with the family. Kids loved it and such a good value. Highly recommend.

  Papa John's has gone down hill. The past two time that I ordered pizza from Papa John's the pizza was terrible. It was floppy and the crust was soggy and gross. It didn't seem like the pizza was cooked. They also messed up my order. Accidents happen. I returned my pizza and they made me a new one. The second time they made the pizza the quality of the pizza was completely different. The first one was gross and a complete mess and the second time the made the same pizza it looked great. There is definitely a problem with there quality control. The first pizza that I got was unacceptable. Also, the Papa tracker said my pizza was ready but when I got there it was not ready. I had to wait another fifteen minutes and then my order was messed up and they had to remake it. While I was waiting for my pizza one of the kids tossing dough kept rubbing the under side of his nose and then continued touching the pizza dough. I don't think I'll be going back to Papa John's.

  Delivery driver went to wrong house never got pizza and the solution offered by store very unsatisfactory.

  There's no menu on the wall just a TV that shows the pizzas for literally 10 seconds then you have to wait another minute to see it again. Also the lady was angry and yelling at her new employee saying "he can't do anything so dont ask him anything." She was rude with everyone. She also was mopping the bathrooms then came right back to making the pizzas without washing her hands. Other customers literally talked to us about it because they seen it as well and called corporate on her for numerous things. She was also visibly slamming things after we walked out. Wouldnt recommend.

  So we get there, and the lady is training someone and she runs from the bathroom with a mop lays mop down goes right to the register. No washing hands nothing...She is already upset, and later I find our previous customers that were waiting outside they all had an issue with eachother. MIND YOU im not from here, I dont know anyone I order, she did not have to take it out on us we just worked 14 hours and wanted a pizza. She was super rude, made ignorant comments, like we are bothering her ordering food. Very unhappy with his service, will NEVER comeback here again.
