  This location is hit or miss. In quality and customer service. Usually a miss but we like BDubs food in general so we keep trying. For our experience last week we were never offered a refund for a mistake this site made, we had to ask for one. After the 5-7 business days we were told to wait for a refund, the refund never came. I didn’t trust the refund would actually come to begin with since they wrote our details on a scrap piece of paper to put in for later. After our recent horrible experience, where all the blame was put on the customers, to-go customers and those eating in, we will not be back for long time. Issues: 1. Do not put blame on the customer for you forgetting to pack or make the food they ordered into their to-go bag. 2. Do not commit to remaking & putting in a new order for the missed order, end up never starting that order, and proceed to tell the customer it’ll be an additional 45 min wait when they already waited 1 hour for the original order. 3. Do not put blame on the crowd you “didn’t expect.” It was a Friday night, everyone knows the weekend is busy. In my job being one person who supports 4 different business locations (and growing) every day of the week, where I’m quite literally the only person who does my job, I do not get to blame my mistakes on the number of orders and the number of impossible deadlines. I have no choice but to handle and meet those deadlines. May not be food service, but the experience is similar. 4. Obtain better customer service oriented personnel or train them better. They should not get short & snarky with the customer, do not roll your eyes, shrug your shoulders, throw your hands up in the air, or shake you head in annoyance and frustration. Your problem is with your management and support staff, not the customer who was wronged.

  y family of 6 came to this Buffalo Wild Wings after a game expecting a good meal and decent service, but instead we had one of the worst restaurant experiences we’ve ever had. When we arrived, the hostess told us they were cleaning a table for us. We waited over 10 minutes without being seated. During that time, a white family of 5 walked in and was seated immediately at a table for 8. When we politely brought this to the hostess’s attention, she became loud and rude, repeatedly saying, “It’s still being cleaned.” We explained that we had arrived first and should have been seated first, and that the situation felt unfair. Instead of handling it professionally, she yelled, “OK, BYE!” as we considered leaving. I spoke with the manager, who apologized and said he would seat us immediately and remove her from the front. Neither happened. Unfortunately, the experience only got worse. When the waitress came to take our order, my children requested drinks with no ice. The waitress then made a joke referencing ICE toward our family, and we are Mexican. I was honestly shocked and uncomfortable that anyone would think that was appropriate or funny. Completely unprofessional and offensive. On top of that, the service was terrible. The manager never came back to check on us after the complaint, the waitress never brought the ketchup we asked for, and it took over an hour for us to finally receive our food. Between the rude staff, disrespectful comments, poor management, and extremely slow service, this was an awful experience from start to finish. We will not be returning.

  Showed up at 10 pm on a Saturday after driving over 20 minutes from Webster lake. We were told that they were not seating additional people although half the restaurant was empty.
