  Had a great lunch at this Arby's location after trying to get get lunch at the Wendy's next door and their system being down again.

  The girl working the front counter is absolutely fantastic. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people walking through the door—she has this naturally warm, personable energy that immediately makes you feel welcome

  My boyfriend & I decided to eat at Arbys B, off of interstate 30. We were behind a white truck not sure how long they were sitting there but we waited 10 minutes behind them. Once it was our turn to order the voice came a-crossed the speaker for us to wait and they will be back. We waited another 8 minutes a total of 18 minutes now, my boyfriend said hello does anyone work here? The voice came back and said order when ready. So we gave them our order waited 5 minutes at the window before someone came to it, they handed us our drinks and asked if we could pull up they will bring our food to is in 3min. So of course we did. Ended up waiting 15 minutes instead of 3. Our food was a sloppy mess, our fries were turned upside down in the bag! This was ridiculous!! We will not be going to that location again!! They need better service when we pulled to the window an employee was standing there with her phone in hand. That place needs better management.

  The guy working through had food all over his face, just gross and guy behind the counter kept rubbing his nose and mouth bagging my food and it took 10 min just give my order and prob another 10 for the food with 2 cars in the drive thru
