The chicken sandwich was cool and over cooked and hard as a brick. The fish sandwich was over cooked and had lettuce on it.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. They treat their employees badly. Tiffany is the worst manager. She is rude to employees and customers. She should not even have a job.

0/5 Stars — Completely Unacceptable Customer Service From the moment I pulled up to the drive-through, it was clear that basic customer service standards simply do not exist at this location. There was no “Thank you for choosing McDonald’s, how can I help you?” just a lethargic, barely audible “are you using your mobile app?” When I said no, I was met with complete silence. After a full minute of waiting, I said hello. Nothing. He finally returned with “hang on” so I waited again. When he came back, it was just “what can I get for you?” with zero acknowledgment of the wait. I ordered three drinks. Again, silence. I said hello. His entire response was “$6.61.” That was it. I pulled to the window expecting at minimum a basic greeting. Instead, the window slid open and I was immediately hit with “$6.61” no hello, no eye contact, no common courtesy. To top it off, I wasn’t even offered my receipt. I had to ask for it. This isn’t just a bad employee this is a training failure that starts at the top. The owner of the Elkhart County McDonald’s location either lacks the knowledge to train their managers and staff properly, or simply doesn’t care enough to hold them to any standard. We are paying customers, and the level of service here was not just subpar it was nonexistent. Do better.

We were traveling through and this is the worse McDonald’s ever. All they had was computer ordering inside and a manger that wasn’t helping her workers. Half the computers weren’t working right and manager was getting short with her employees. Nobody know what take a tent means. Do better McDonald’s. Not all people embrace technology. Next time I see this I will walk out!
