  3/5 I don’t know how to explain it other than this: walking into Papa John’s felt like texting an ex after a long break. You remember the good times, convince yourself maybe they’ve grown, maybe they’ve found themselves. You expect something improved, maybe even refined. But then you get there, and yeah they’ve definitely changed. Just not in the way you hoped. The pizza is still familiar and still edible, but somehow worse. It feels like they tried to reinvent themselves and made a few questionable life choices along the way. It’s not a total disaster, just disappointing in a way that feels avoidable. And the atmosphere didn’t help. The floor was so greasy I’m pretty sure I unintentionally did the splits while standing at the register. I came for pizza, not a core workout. Overall, it’s not bad enough to swear off forever, but it’s also not convincing me to come back anytime soon. Some things are better left in the past.

  Absolutely the worst service ever!! Scheduled an order 2 hours in advance and they still delivered it 30 mins late. Spoke to the manager, he could care less. I will take my business elsewhere. Wish I could post zero stars for this place. You don't treat customer's like that.
