  I’ve given this 6th Street location more chances than I should, and it fails every single time. Whether I’m sitting in the drive-thru or standing at the counter, the "fast" in fast food is non-existent. You can stand at the front for several minutes without a single employee acknowledging your existence, let alone greeting you. When the food finally arrives after a ridiculous wait, it’s a mess. The presentation looks like it was thrown together in a dark room, and it’s almost always cold. It’s a recurring pattern of poor service and even worse quality. Save your time and your money—go literally anywhere else in Vincennes.

  Horrible service didn't even put cheese on my big arch doordash wouldn't refund it don't waste your money on this place they get it wrong every time they get it wrong so many times the doordash will stop giving you refunds this place is completely ran by unacceptable people

  As always check your good before you drive off. Get home and no hash brown one steak egg and cheese missing onions and sauce and the other one missing sauce all together. Happens every other time with that place. Snob nose kids want more money then learn how to build a Sandwich. Not rocket science.
