  Horrible place sitting in drive through waiting no one answers. Pull around and all the employees are in a huddle chatting not paying attention. Don’t waste your time at this location

  Its actually minus 5 stars but thats not an option but should be. First off sat at drive thru & nobody responded so I drove to the window & they still ignored me so I tapped on window they finally came & I was like are you guys open I've been sitting here forever trying to order & they blammed my big oversized tires were not being picked up by the sensor, ya ok. So then I try and order & they didn't have anything i wanted said they were out of one thing & totally lied & said taco bell discontinued the other so I drove off & went to a different taco bell & guess what I got what I wanted so this taco bell on McCool is completely useless just go to Portage or Burns Harbor & save yourself the headache trust me.

  Absolutely thee worst Taco Bell EVER. 2 trips thru the drive thru took 20 mins and this last time I wanted something that showed on the app and the manager got on trying to tell me it has been discontinued. Drove to the next Taco Bell and ordered what I wanted and they made it!

  Currently waiting for a single burrito - placed 14min ago. No body in drive; there's only one other person in the lobby and both of us have been waiting to be addressed and the literal kids in the kitchen are clueless. Do NOT waste your time.
