- KBKelly Bee3 days ago5.0The food was delicious, more than I could consume. I ordered the steak cheese crusted quesadilla, and was only able to eat half of it. Customer service was on point. I did not catch either of their names, but both of the women who were on the Make line were wonderful. It was my first time in a qdoba in over 10 years and they helped me with any questions that I had. The atmosphere was very calm. There were a few other people inside of the restaurant sitting down to eat. Overall, great experience.

I received my order on time only because they accidentally put my name and friend’s name on the same bag which is why my friend went to the counter to clarify. My other friends waited over 30 minutes for both of their orders. One of my friends went up to the counter to ask about their order but was ignored for about 10 minutes. Before being acknowledged at all, a worker took someone else’s order and then said a rude comment to her. He said something like “I’ll be right with you ma’am, a co worker just walked out. I just work here.” This comment could’ve easily been reworded to be more professional and friendlier. There was absolutely no need for attitude. Additionally, my friend saw the female manager at this Valparaiso location vaping in the kitchen. This is gross, unhygienic, and unprofessional. There was probably vape smoke in the food we ate. I work in customer service and honestly this whole experience was something I would never do to a customer. My friend was very understanding because workers walking out is something that can happen to any company. This honestly ruined Qdoba for us and we will not be back at this location. I hope sharing this situation will cause some improvement with this staff.
