  I generally like Papa John's but its getting so frustrating ordering from them. 1. Why the heck do yall need a call center for pizza orders. Like I understand the idea is to make it easier on the workers but its resulted in crap customer service. 2. I checked the website for any good deals. Came across the carry out deal Large 1 topping pizza for 9.99. I checked the details to make sure it wasnt app only deal or if it was restricted to a certain type of pizza. Saw no restrictions or requirements aside from it had to be 1 topping and carry out. Cool So tell me why I call in and its a call center instead of the actual store even though I selected the option to speak with a store employee. Then the call center enters my order wrong. I asked for a large pan pizza with half pepperoni half cheese. Super simple. Instead they put it in as a thin not pan. No problem we call in the get it corrected. Except they tell us theres nothing they can do, no remake, no refund, just SOL because the order was taken by the call center. They also claimed the "code" that was input for the deal specifically required it to be a thin crust. But if I go to that specific deal on the website it allows you to choose between multiple options of crust types. Horrible customer service to get someone's order wrong, or at least not notify them of the specifications, and then tell them theyre SOL. Photos posted for proof that there werent any specifications and I could choose a different crust type because I call bs 🤷‍♀️

  When I contacted the store to address these issues, the manager I spoke with was unhelpful and dismissive. He claimed there was nothing he could do and suggested the quality might be due to the pickup time, despite the fact that I arrived within the earliest timeframe provided. It was clear the pizzas had been sitting for an extended period, not even under a warmer, given their cold temperature. The manager's rude demeanor only compounded my frustration. Frankly, I've had better quality pizza from a gas station warmer."

  I've order from Papa John's alot back in Kansas City. The Valparaiso Papa John's is was not it today. The pizza was extremely late because of( door dash).. but the product itself was awful . The chicken was old by appearance..will not eat it .. pizza was cold ..we had to warm it in the oven..for 12min.. The manger was very nice and did void the order. I will give it another try before I completely right it off.. but today was awful

  Only ordered pizza and breadsticks. The breadsticks were burnt to a crisp and the employee was rude.
