  My wife just brought home a Vitto Italian sub...no oil nor vinegar...flavorless...just awful. How can you forget to put the two main ingredients that distinguish it from the other sandwiches!?

  JJBLT did not have mayo on it, drinks from the drink machine tasted wrong. For example the sprite had a weird taste, the coke had to much syrup, poweraid watered down, the only thing that tasted halfway decent was the raspberry tea.

  These guys are the BEST! Placed an order on the app and it set me up at the one across town and I didn’t double check it. The manager Rich took care of the reorder and even made sure to honor my point redemption. No disrespect to the other Jimmy John’s in town, but the level of customer service here is bar none 👏
