Thank you for showing the love of Jesus to everyone! Like I had mentioned to them, how I could tell they uplifted a lady who picked up her pickup order. And to keep up the great work! - AMAngel MorrisApr 12, 20263.0Stopped in and ordered a baked chicken bacon ranch and a toasted Lulu to go with extra bacon on both and crispy onions on the LuLu. Unfortunately, got home and I opened my sandwich to arrange the contents since it seems like all I could see was lettuce. Opened it up and found 3 pieces of chicken... the rest was all shredded lettuce, plenty of tomato and the bacon was either partially cooked or straight up flabby strips. The Lulu had very few crispy onions and wasn't baked at all. I wish they would normalize loading a sandwich with the advertised ingredients. While Jimmy Johns isn't expensive, its not cheap either. They're ripping their customers off! The positive side to this is i did call and complain and the employee put the manager on the phone and she was decent with me and offered to make the sandwiches again or refund our money. Thankfully, they did both. Also, the refund was given within an hour. Im just making this review to say check your sandwiches..... they're likely all bread, lettuce and tomato! Jimmy Johns should consider there are so many other options to choose from. IF WE CHOOSE YOU! TREAT US RIGHT! STOP BEING STINGY!
