  Where do I begin…. I arrived at Dutch Bros and was greeted by the wonderful service of Peter. He happily accepted my order: the Shark Attack Iced Rebel. Peter made my order himself, by hand, on the spot. I didn’t tip and he didn’t even seem mad. Truly, the managing staff at this establishment is out of this world and the employees are outstanding. The drink was delicious and Peter said that he put a “special ingredient” in it, just for me. Ask for Peter’s special drink when coming to this location, you won’t regret it.

  Bring back the people who were originally here when it first opened because these new people don't seem to know what they're doing. If people ask for sugar free, they should be able to trust that the drink is sugar free. And if they tell you they've ordered the exact same drink multiple times and this drink is not right, just remake the damm drink.

  Line says the attendant was supposed to zig zag but he was not zig zagging he was going to the other people after us and we waited for 10 minutes then placed a mobile order cause he was taking to long to get to us and its not busy at all

  100% worst experience I’ve ever had. Had a mobile order for two golden eagles that I had placed 20 minutes before I even got there. No one was waiting at the window when I arrived. Got up there gave them my name and they said they were still working on it. Understandable it’s a Saturday. However, 20 minutes more go by so now we’re up to 40 minutes. I go back to the window and ask about my orders again and they said sorry we are busy and I had mentioned. Are they in the refrigerator behind you and he said no they are working on it. Refused to look. On top of that, another woman that ordered her drink from the wrong location got hers made within 10 minutes and left. We hit 50 minutes and finally a new worker came to the window and went right to the refrigerator where our drinks have been sitting for the last 40 minutes because the previous worker refused to check. Absolutely horrible on top of that horrible customer service. Tell me where else you go to wait almost an hour for a coffee?

  I ordered 2 hot medium Golden Eagle coffees. The lady taking our order was very pleasant. I ordered 3 pumps of liquid sugar and whipped cream. At the end of my coffee, I crunched copious amounts of crystals of sugar, rather yucky! I always order liquid sugar for this specific reason. While waiting to place my order, I rolled down my window and got blasted with strong smells of sewer. Why does a newer coffee place have sewer odors wafting in the air??? Disappointed.
