- KFKristina Freeman6 days ago5.0It was not as good as normal..our pumpkin frozen drink with whipped cream Barely had any pumpkin taste to it..Normally they r really great but today.. A. C-minus ..!n believe me at almost 9$ we really really wished it was sweet yummy and tasted like pumpkin 🎃 at all Really had no taste at all. Wish we could get a replacement or atleast our money back because we ended up throwing it away shopping inside of kohls.. Very sad because it's our big thing few times me n my daughters get gas and then our favorites at DDs and today. All3 drinks were a disaster. So yeah..we're very sad.disappointed and wished we had our drinks made again n good this time ot our money back Only bad experience in our day today..n we hit alotta stores n places Good luck guys.

The signage, doors, and interior are all in rough shape. I understand the idea of a combined Dunkin/Baskin Robbins, but as a first‑time visitor, it shouldn’t be so confusing to figure out that you have to walk through Baskin Robbins just to reach Dunkin — only to find a disappointing donut selection once you get there.
- DWDana WilliamsSep 24, 20261.0In my opinion if you paid your employees more they would actually act as if they cared about their job or atleast have the courtesy to be mindful of others time and not just their own. This location is prone to pulling you forward while you wait for your order to be finished which is fine, but they turn around and “forget” about you. I understand being busy and I’ve worked in fast food. I understand the drive through times have to be at a minimum, but it’s also apart of your job to not have other customers waiting when there’s no one else inside or outside the establishment! I had been waiting for what seemed to be 15 minutes. I was already late for work at this point, so I went inside and my order was just sitting there. I had asked about it and no apology or nothing just and “oh we forgot” needless to say I will not be returning to this location which is quite unfortunate. I get things happen I’m just more so annoyed at the fact that they were rude about it to begin with then to add the Poor attitude, poor customer service from certain employees, and not to mention it’s always 50/50 on whether you get coffee, water with a drop of milk and flavor, or practically black, nothing in between and rarely what you ask for. It’s my fault for continuing coming back, but no worries about that anymore!

When she went in with our daughter one employee asked another if he wanted to check of the order that was sitting on the counter was ours and the employee replied “not really.” If you don’t want to work then quit.
