I've worked at a high traffic Chipotle, and although this store is pretty moderate when it comes to rushes, they still manage run out of rice or beans or chicken every dang time. I blame the management, not the workers.

- YYYuh YuhSep 1, 20261.0Not a good place to eat at, first time coming there heard awesome things and the queso was lumpy, lady was VERY stingy about everything, including the rice, the lettuce was brown and wilted. The meat was dry and hard, the lady who gave me my bowl was very rude, didn't seem to care about cross contamination or anything. I saw her put the queso spoon on top my my bowl. Leading the lettuce and cheese to get stuck to the bottom and she continued to put it back in the queso.the most satisfying part of my meal was throwing it away.

We have only eaten at Chipotle a few times. We felt rushed through the ordering process, didn't feel friendly at all. Every table was dirty, we had to ask for a table to be wiped off. The floor was equally dirty. The drink area was not any better than the tables. The one trashcan was over full. The Manager needs to ensure the team continues to keep the restaurant clean and friendly.

I went back in and asked for a new bag they were state i went through 3 bags all stale! The Manager had an attitude. I am a consistent customer at this location and they all know my face but this location has gotten worse and worse i’ll be visiting the store on calumet from now on.
