- TKTom Kuehl4 days ago3.0Food was great and prices are great. We arrived on a Saturday around 5pm. Not many people in the restaurant and we were the only people in line. We have only eaten at Chipotle a few times. We felt rushed through the ordering process, didn't feel friendly at all. Every table was dirty, we had to ask for a table to be wiped off. The floor was equally dirty. The drink area was not any better than the tables. The one trashcan was over full. The Manager needs to ensure the team continues to keep the restaurant clean and friendly.

I went back in and asked for a new bag they were state i went through 3 bags all stale! The Manager had an attitude. I am a consistent customer at this location and they all know my face but this location has gotten worse and worse i’ll be visiting the store on calumet from now on.

The one in Chesterton has improved greatly and still can get an edible meal there, and haven't been able to try the one on Northside of town because it's been too busy each time I've tried. Too many issues with this one with poor food quality, which sucks because it's good food for a fair price when done correctly. Stomach is jacked up again , and I've had more bad meals than good ones from this location the past 18 months.
