The wonderful teamate inside made my order right then and there! Will continue to go here forever!great team!

Also the portions were shockingly small compared to any chipotle experience I’ve ever had prior. I don’t write reviews ever cuz I’m pretty easy going and really don’t care. But this was a super rough experience all around. Even for a peaceful, patient person. Would rather drive across town to go to the other one.

- DJD JJul 27, 20261.0Stay away. Worst customer service ever! Stood first in line AT LEAST 25 mins last night on Sunday about 7pm. NOBODY WORKING A FEW FEET AWAY EVEN NOTICED OUR PRESENCE! Never looked up once. Never said a word. Nothing. Nada. They were woking on phone orders i guess. Who knows? Terrible! You at least say we'll be with you in a min or something! We just got some orders in. Be right with you soon. Anything! Something. We could have been totally naked and they wouldn't have noticed. You NEVER EVER 100% totally ignore customers patiently waiting in line. Clearly, this crew did not want us to be there so we totally agreed and left at that point. So did the couple after us. A shame too because we had a big order. Will NEVER go back! Went to El Amigo's down the street. Took our huge order with us. Ordered and received our food with GREAT customer service too in half the time. Better food anyway. And, hey, they were busy too but know how to serve excellent food quickly with a smile. This Chipotle obviously did not care at all..
