- CHChloe Hardin3 days ago1.0Ordered a custom cake two weeks in advance got there today to pick it up and they had never made it. They said their cake decorator didn’t come in that day so it was just never made. They offered me a premaid cake out of their freezer none of which were the flavor I wanted so they just refunded me. But, like, what good is a refund to me an hour before I’m supposed to be at dinner with this cake that I now don’t have time to get made anywhere else. They didn’t even call to say they weren’t making it!

I always go for the cappuccino blasts they sell, and every time, I ask for either A. Caramel B. Cinnamon on top of my blast, and I think they've only ever followed through with it once or twice. Munchkins regularly will be missing one or two, and the bacon is overdone half the time. It's too bad the small things affect the large things, otherwise, I'd actually enjoy going here. The cappuccino blasts just don't hit the spot without the specials on top.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
