Terrible service! Twice in 1 week, order's not correct.Forget to put the food in the bag. I'm out twenty bucks , hopefully you don't pay them that an hour.

I came through late at night and I’m assuming Abby the name on the receipt was very rude and disrespectful I’m assuming she was upset because I had came late at night and on top of that she shorted me one dollar

Dining room was empty so peaceful but staff was lost and couldn't find order through kiosk and seen a pick up order classified as ready have to wait for his food while both mine were severally under-portioned

9/10 my food is wrong or messed up or i get someone elses order. Ive asked SPECIFICALLY FOR LIGHT CHEESE on my burrito because everytime its overfilled and spills out on the first bite and burns me. Some of the employees are nice but many including the long hair guy with and acne has been very rude many times to me and has purposely mess up my order. The bathrooms and the inside is always littered with trash. I went here tonight like i do 2 to 3 times a month everytime on saturday morning at 2-230 for food and was told that they are now closed at that time even tho every light was on someone was just leaving and the order screen was still on. This is not the first time they have told me its closed at a time when it wasnt. But now its closing time is 2 instead of 3 am like it was a few weeks ago last i went.
