Everything was exactly as ordered, even though we had some special requests.

My orders have had missing items the last several times I’ve gone. Called store to ask to just refund missing items and they said I would have to drive back to the store

This is probably the WORST experience I have ever had in any fast food/restaurant establishment. We waited 40 mins for our food tonight. When we got it, it was ice cold. We had to pull out of the bay we were in and go to the drive thru just to get them to give us our food. They came on the intercom 3 times trying to get an order we already put in. The girl in the window was rude. She definitely needs an attitude adjustment. Told us she was getting ready to come out. Like girl nobody cares just give us our food. We were also expected to pay full price after all of this.
