There was one time I was given the wrong order and didn’t know until I made it home, but as soon as I went back, they swiftly made it right and gave me a free entree coupon to make it up to me as well as giving me what I initially ordered. I’ll have to keep coming back for lunches.
- DRDeanna RaderApr 29, 20261.0Love Qudoba. Never had any issues with food or delivery until last night. Ordered our food. Driver picked our order up. Delivered in a timely manner if not early. I ordered the Chicken Queso Bowl. Rice was not done. Rice was more raw than cooked. My husband got the build your own burrito. Rice was the same way. Also ordered the Pork Carnitas soft tacos, the pork was ice cold. No heat to the meat whatsoever. As stated before we have never had any issues with our food from Qudoba. It's always fresh and hot not this time. The one star is only for the food being cold and the rice wasn't cooked. I still give you guys a 5 star because the food is always good.
