  Waited a long time for our two item order. Ordered a plain McDouble and it was covered in ketchup. Kitchen is unorganized and order packing doesn’t check items when they fill orders. The Place is dirty.

  This is the worst McDonald's I have been to. Every time I order it usually ends in wrong or forgotten items. This specific last trip there the fries had a dead fly in the middle of the box. I called and the lady on the other end shouted "oh my god!" And offered me a new fry but I had already been sick and had gotten home and wasn't ready to think of food. This specific style of McDonald's seems to hide the staff from customers and I've disliked it from the beginning. I gave it plenty of chances but honestly after the fly I won't be back. I know things happen and they would have for sure made it right but almost every trip something ends up wrong.

  We go here frequently for breakfast. The morning manager Sarena is always polite and friendly.

  I was thoroughly impressed by the drive-thru service here. Our order—the No. 2 breakfast combo, oatmeal, and two large coffees—came out exactly as requested. What really stood out was how well everything was packed up; no spills or mess at all. The coffees were also fantastic and brewed perfectly. Keep up the great work! 👍

  Be prepared to be ignored by the staff, and don't expect the food to be quick. I waited 20 minutes for my order - which I had to do at the Kiosk after waiting 5 minutes for staff to even come to the front to take my order. They didn't. As other reviews have mentioned, there's no menu on display. What I haven't seen mentioned is there's ALSO no pop fountain in the lobby. No more refills. While I was waiting, multiple other people went up to the counter and were ignored. One lady came in because they got her drive thru order wrong, and she had to stand in the way of an employee running food to the waiting cars (which had been pulled forward for better drive thru times). She had to wait another ten minutes for corrected drinks. Nearly every table was dirty. I said something to a staff member after also standing in his way to make him acknowledge me, and he said "yes, we're getting that". Well, I was there for 45 minutes and no one wiped the tables down in that time. I had to sit at the least dirty one. There's no reason that almost an hour should go by with no one checking the lobby. Abysmal.
