    So I spent almost 4 years not ordering from Domino's Pizza on 7th Street in terre haute because they always mess up my order Recently I decided to order from them because I was hungry and wanted Pizza and they messed up my order again. I ordered a ham pineapple and onion pizza you can see by the photograph there is no onion on the pizza there was supposed to be extra sauce on the pizza there was not, on the sausage and mushroom pizza it was also supposed to have onions clearly there are no onions you can see that in the picture So my free replacement order today the barbecue chicken pizza barely has any cheese on it and it is not cut into squares. And might sound like a small thing but I prefer it to be cut into squares because it makes more portions. Why would they offer different ways to cut your pizza on the app and them not be able to perform the task of cutting the pizza at the customer's request. Today I actually phoned in my order because it was supposed to be a free replacement order and you can see by the pictures that the barbecue chicken pizza is cut into triangles rather than squares there's barely any cheese on it and so I'm never going to the Domino's Pizza ever again. They got crappy with me stating that I complain about my orders all the time when I called to tell them that my pineapple and ham Pizza had no onions on it which I paid for to be placed on my pizza and I wanted extra sauce. Somehow Kenneth and Jonathan over at the 7th Street Domino's Pizza are blaming me as the customer for their own mistake because they cannot perform the logistics of cutting a pizza into square pieces and making sure that all the ingredients are on top of the pizza before they put it into the oven that is what they actually get paid to do But somehow that's my fault and I'm not even going to call them and complain about the replacement order not being made correctly because I'm not going to waste my time the chicken barbecue Pizza barely has any cheese on it like I said you can see from the photograph and it is not cut into squares that logistically is their fault because I told him over the phone please cut my pizza into squares and this is how I want the ingredients to be made they charged me for delivery for an order that was supposed to be sent to me for free so that's just not good business. But let me ask how hard is it to read a ticket make sure the ingredients are on the pizza the way the customer wants it ...not the way Jonathan wants to make it.. not the way Kenneth wants to make it but the way that the customer has ordered the pizza. And then I ask , why offer your customers a choice of the way they want their pizza cut if every single time I order that's one of the problems is you can't cut the pizza into squares either both pizzas are triangles or one of the pizzas is triangles and the other got one cut into squares and not the other one. But how is that my fault logistically and then I call and say hey you left onions off of my ham and pineapple and onion pizza I paid for those onions to be on there why is that my fault.??? Clearly Kenneth does not have the ability to run that Domino's Pizza on 7th street here in terre haute Indiana the way it needs to be run and that is putting the customer first and also making sure that the people in his community are satisfied with the food that they're paying for it's a Small Town feel here in terre haute Indiana and they want to get dicey with a customer over the fact that it's their own fault that they cannot look at a ticket put all of the ingredients onto the pizza and then put it into the oven and then cut it the way the customer prefers to have it cut. I'm never going to that Domino's Pizza again ever they get negative 5 million stars as a review because they just don't care and they want to blame the customer how rude

    Worst customer service of any Dominos I've ever been at. The manager Kenneth was rude and agreed like a total power tripping jerk. Will never come back to this store.

    I had went to the window to pick up my order. Everything fine until I opened my sub. This is the SMALLEST sub I have EVER had in my life!

    Glen was awesome, but the mgr this day the 15th of May, im a poet and didn't know it, was to busy to talk to a disabled veteran so i will not have time to order from your store, go to Marcos they care about their customers
