  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stars Outstanding Food & Even Better Customer Service! I had an absolutely wonderful experience and definitely wanted to take the time to recognize not only the food but especially the employees who made it so enjoyable. From beginning to end, the customer service was excellent. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, helpful, and genuinely seemed happy to be there. There was a sense of glee and positive energy among the staff that you don’t find everywhere anymore. It made the entire experience feel warm, fun, and memorable. A special thank-you and shout-out to Bryleigh, Isabel, Frida, Cody, Collin, and Kamarra! Each of you contributed to making the experience five-star. Your friendliness, professionalism, smiles, and willingness to help did not go unnoticed. Great customer service can completely change someone’s experience, and this team truly understands that. The employees worked together incredibly well, and you could tell there was genuine teamwork happening. Nobody made us feel rushed or like we were just another customer. Instead, there was laughter, kindness, good conversation, and an upbeat atmosphere. It’s refreshing to encounter employees who can provide great service while still showing their individual personalities and having some fun along the way. The food was great, but what really stood out was how the team treated us. Brileigh, Isabel, Friday, Cody, Collin, and Kamara, thank you for your hospitality and for bringing such great energy to the experience. People often take the time to leave reviews when something goes wrong, so I think it’s equally important to recognize people when they get it RIGHT, and this team absolutely got it right. Management should be proud to have employees who represent the business so positively. Good food may bring someone through the door, but great people and exceptional customer service are what make them want to come back. Thank you all again for the wonderful service, the laughs, the smiles, and the genuine glee you brought to the experience. Keep doing what you’re doing; you made an impression!   I got a chicken burrito thing with some beans, rice, "tomatoes" had onions mixed with it, didnt want onions and lettuce. Theres no taste to this like it was boiled in water. No seasoning. If you like their food cool but it isnt for me.

  Frieda is a awesome lead and gets things done food is always yummy and fresh and don’t have to wait very long the line girl who has all the tats on her arm is so polite and she has a cool looking key great conversation and fast service

  This would be a good store if it was ran by a good manager. Unfortunately, they don’t follow any protocol. The food doesn’t taste right the manager is sketchy. Their turn over is incredibly high. I see a new employee every time I walk in. And try to charge you for every little thing !!! when only the guac, queso, and protein ONLY should be an up charge IF I ASK HER EXTRA RICE, GIVE ME THE EXTRA RICE. These employees act like it’s coming out of their paycheck. And it doesn’t matter to the company anyways because their policy say that everything extra you get should not be an extra charge. They try to charge you for every little thing which is illegal. Very skimpy with the portions as well. I’ll leave it to management.

  Most bland food I've had in a while. Nothing is seasoned. I was told to add salsas for flavor. I prefer food that's seasoned, not that I have to modify for flavor. Threw my bowl away and went to azip next door and got a pizza. 2 stars because I should've done more research but I shouldn't have to research to get a good meal.
