  Just went through the drive through. Ordered a sandwich and large drink. Had to ask for the drink. Then had to ask for a straw. Please do better with customer service.

  We just tried to go through the drive thru and they took part of our order and hatefully told us they were helping someone else when we continued to order. So we couldn't finish our order. Which would be fine if they politely said something, but they didnt say anything at all to let us know they were helping someone else until they got hateful about it. We went to the window to ask for a manager and she sent a teenager (Katylinn) to the window for her who said she was taking orders but then decided she wasnt taking orders when we asked her to get her manager. Then refused to get a manager and continued to be rude. The manager didnt want to have a conversation either. Might be time for your company to do an overhaul and hire new people. The picture attached is the person claiming to be the manager. Who refused to give her name and wasnt wearing a name tag.

  We stopped for a late lunch (2:00). The staff was very friendly. Extremely clean - tables, chairs, floors and the drink fountain.

  Worse, most tasteless chicken salad I have ever tasted at a ridiculous price. I only triedbecause I read it was really good.

  Food was amazing and the staff even better! Restaurant is always clean and a great feel! Highly recommend!
