    Tried to order 2 plain roast beef sandwiches and . Gave the order 3 times. Someone butted in stating they no longer carry roast beef sandwiches. It's ARBY'S, how do you not carry ROAST BEEF SANDWICHES?!?!?! I should have expected there would be issues, the vehicle in front of me pulled away without ordering.

    $25 for a messed up order and the roast beef was ice cold! I asked for a sack to take my sandwich home so I could warm it up. The lady at the counter just handed it to me like no big deal. So then I asked if the roast beef was supposed to be ice cold, she said no. And "sorry about that" so now I have to take my $12 meal home to heat it up! Horrible service and food!

    The front cashier tonight rung up the wrong sandwich. Was wanting a beef and cheddar but git a ham and cheese n it wasnt the best.
