  I come to this location frequently and I have never had a bad experience. Everyone is always so kind and helpful and patient even when they’re super busy! And have never had to return a drink. I had a much different experience with the manager Gracie and another employee whose name was not given. The employee taking my order was extremely rude from the start. I was trying to remember my order and she was immediately annoyed that I asked her to look at my past orders. They were not busy at all. There was no one behind me. After ordering my two drinks she said “wow that was a lot”. They proceeded to make my order incorrectly and when I took them back i asked for one drink remade and another cleaned off because it was given to me with foam and caramel drizzle all over the outside of the lid which she responded to with “it’s supposed to be like that”. The employee continued to be rude to me and I asked to speak to the manager on duty which was Gracie. I told her that the other employee was very rude from the start of the order and even more rude when I came back to ask for the mistake to be correct. Gracie gave me approximately 10 seconds to voice my concerns before cutting me off and saying “I’m not sure what you want me to do about that” “I’m not sure what you want me to do for you”. I was given zero solutions, I wasn’t even given an explanation for the employees actions or attitude. Based off my many years of experience in customer service, everyone has bad days. But I wasn’t even given the explanation of why I was treated that way. I always treat service workers with the utmost respect and kindness because I have worked many years in the industry. Extremely disappointed with how Gracie handled this situation.

  Never going back to 7 brew. I waited 30 mins in line. And the coffee was nasty and tasted burnt. And after I drink the coffee I got really sick. Throwing up ect. Service was slow. Don’t recommend going to this location.

  Always fast, friendly and delicious smoothies. They’re the smoothies I’ve been looking for since 2017 at least. It’s literally been so long since I’ve had such a good smoothie. It’s just the best, perfect consistency and flavor.

  Rude rude rude... People there really don't seem to care and it makes it very awkward and uncomfortable... Y'all need to find some workers that have better people skills or train them better cause pulling up and a teenager awkwardly staring at you saying nothing is kinda weird... And also don't order anything extra cause it's just extra money not extra product tried many times.... This place is a fail in my book

  So incredibly slow, and you get stuck in line and can’t leave. They don’t come down the line and take your order, they take one at a time when you get to the front and then just stand there talking to people. Been in line over 30 minutes and haven’t even had our order taken. I also don’t know why it takes so long to make a drink. Especially when you only have one order at a time in line. Also, ordering ahead in the app does absolutely nothing because they don’t make it ahead.
