I’ve really tried my hardest to give this location a chance but it lets me down every time. The staff acts like they don’t wont to be there and their customer service is awful! My drinks are rarely ever right, which sucks because paying $7 and getting the wrong thing or it doesn’t right is such a waste.

Went through the drive thru at 6:30 pm on a Sunday evening. We sat in line for 20 minutes. The lady took the order for the car beside us and then walked to the car behind us and totally skipped us. So we just waited in line and thought we'd ordered at the front when we got up there. We sat there for about 5 minutes and no one ever came to the car. So we left and went to Culvers instead. Not very impressed with the service or quickness of 7 Brew. This will be the last time we visit there.

I went to 7 brew to order one of thier fall flavors the pumpkin blondie it took several times for them to remake it before I just gave up I also witnessed them just take the same drink and add stuff to it instead if remaking it the proper way when i asked about it they lied and said that ones somoeone elses which doesnt justify the situation this is the last time I go to seven brew

I want so badly to love this place because the drinks are good but I continue to be so disappointed by the customer service here. Very rarely do I get an employee who doesn’t act like they’re being inconvenienced by your order. Most recently, I asked nicely if I could get a straw for my drinks and I swear she acted like I just asked her for a million dollars. So disappointing. When even my 10 year old is acting why they’re so grumpy, you know it’s a problem.

So, the line was a long one this morning. The right lane had a dedicated order taker and of course I got in the left lane which seemed to be moving slower. When I got up closer to the building I noticed that the reason the left lane was moving slower was because our order taker, Asia, was not only on order duty but she was also handing out the drinks to both lanes. She was slammed, but she was working hard and with a smile on her face. She never stopped moving and was working as quickly and efficiently as possible. I just felt the need to shout her out. The 20 mins in the line was sure…a bit annoying, but knowing that it wasn’t because there was a lack of effort made me put it in a different perspective and appreciate the staff, and especially Asia more! PS - the SF iced pumpkin roll breve I ordered was AMAZING! 🧡
