  Waited through three repeated protected left stop lights and still couldn’t get in. Huge traffic burden for everyone trying to get to JJ or Aldi

  I love stopping here with my family for a treat on the weekends. I love getting an iced matcha, and it’s good every time I stop by. Always reasonably priced, and their discount opportunities are great. The staff is always friendly, too. Makes me want to keep coming back.

  The drinks are always delicious. I’m visiting family and we decided to stop here yesterday. There was a skinny boy in a brown jacket that was so rude and dismissive the whole time. My whole family could hear him cussing like crazy when he would walk in. That is not acceptable. Why is this horrible young man employees here? Is this really what 7Brew wants to have representing their company?

  I've never had a bad experience at a 7 brew, until now. We received a decaf frozen mocha that didn't have any chocolate in it. We asked for more chocolate and they put a ridiculous amount in it, making it undrinkable. They took forever trying to look up my order and came to the conclusion that they cannot even refund my money because I paid with a gift card. I asked if they could give me a free drink card and they said they didn't have any. I asked for a gift card with the amount of the drink and they couldn't do that either. I asked for the GMs contact info and they wouldnt give it to me. After wasting about 40 minutes of my time, I basically got ripped off.
