  I got a blizzard. Best ice cream of my life. And the customer service is immaculate the girl that brought me my food I think her name was Leslie she said so many kind affirmations what a great hardworking young woman.

  I GOOD REASON TO NOT USE THEIR APP is when you are give a certain "promise time" when you make an online order that is already a ridiculous time of 20 min after you place the order to begin with, then you show up at said time, get told it's not ready yet & get sent to the curbside pickup waiting spot, then every. single. car who was in the drive through line before AND after you for an additional 15 minutes after your promised pickup time, gets pulled forward, then has their meal brought out to them and sent on their way before you finally get the opportunity to finally catch someone and tell them you're still waiting before they finally bring your food out. Order placed at 10:00 am via app, supposed "promise time" 10:20 order received at 10:35. Everyone else in the drive through - order placed 10:20 or later, average wait time 5-10 min. I waited 35 minutes from the time I placed my order! ALSO, I was "tracking my order and the message I had was that it was "complete" at 10:22 BUT when I finally received my order it was surprisingly piping hot. I originally thought they just forgot about me but after getting my food I believe they waited until the drive through was clear before they ever even started on my order. In conclusion, IF you use the app, don't wait for the "promise time" their going to do what they want anyway, might as well show up immediately and maybe if you're lucky, you'll get your order sooner!

  Just a bunch of Highschoolers who don’t care about their job waited almost an hour for me to get a cheeseburger plain meal and it was all because apparently they forgot didn’t even get my refund.
